This beautiful destination wedding with Lauren and Tony at Westwind Hills in Pacific, MO was stunning. In our consultation, Lauren eagerly mentioned how much she loved black and white images but still wanted to see a lot of images in color as well. We both shared the philosphy that a storytelling approach with a balance of editorial and emotional, candid captures is what makes a wedding gallery truly shine for us. As we spoke, it quickly became clear that we were going to be an incredible match.
We were met with unexpected rain for the majority of their wedding day and that filled me with so much appreciation for the trust that we all had in one another. Lauren trusted me to create magical portraits with the light we had available and it results in portraits that I want to pin time and time again.
We began in the bride’s bathroom and as you can see, the day started on a truly grogeous note.
Her romantic lace bridal robe, stunning smile, and classic estee lauder lipstick instantly inspired me!
